We started communicating at 10 am and by 12 noon all the arrangements for our tour were made. It is really amazing how everything was arranged in such a short time. We were able to visit all the places included in the package nicely. I am very happy after this and I recommend it to everyone. In my opinion, this company provides the best service in Pattya.

I recently booked cabs and sightseeing for a trip to Phuket and Krabi through Pattaya City Tour Co Ltd and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tushar from the agency took care of every detail, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable vacation.
From the very first interaction, Tushar was highly professional and responsive. He listened to our preferences and tailored an itinerary that perfectly suited our interests and budget.
We enjoyed a fantastic visit to Phi Phi Islands through big boat and also enjoyed Fantasea cultural show suggested by Tushar.

I had an amazing experience with PCTC! The time punctuality was impressive, and their prices were very reasonable. I appreciated the flexibility in their cancellation policy and date-changing facilities, which made planning so much easier. They also refunded some attractions and pickup drops we canceled . Communication with Tushar Patel was smooth and professional—he ensured everything went perfectly. Overall, the service was TOP TIER. Highly recommended! No ????

Not really worth the time
So we really like animals in our family.
We came to the bird park with some hopes to see a well put park and explored the day. What actually happened was we drove about an hour to get there and spent and out there as there was not much to see or do. Bird show was 10 minutes and cute. As for the rest you just walk in a circle for like 10 minutes and you are done with the park.

APPALLING and INHUMANE. Do not go.
Please do not be fooled as I was by the impression that this is a lovely open space where the birds can roam and interact with visitors.
It is a depressing parade of small, bare cages with desolate imprisoned birds. The bunny rabbits were covered in scabs and sores.
We did not stay for the show, but did see the stage, complete with bicycles on a wire, presumably which the parrots are forced to perform on.
There is no respect for the animals here.
It is also extremely expensive. We paid 2000BHT (= AU$80) for a family of four (two adults, and two children aged 11 and 12, who are counted as adults for purposes of the fee).
We spent 40 minutes walking around - so a dollar every 30 seconds to be thoroughly saddened and disgusted.
Please do not support this awful place.

Hmm had a visit to the Phuket Bird Park it was ok a variety of bird life I would say that the feeding of the parrots was the highlight, it only took us about an hour and a half to go around. Nice to see

Must see if you travelling with kids
Having traveled from India, when we finished seeing the birds, thought "what a waste of money" as we have so many such places (better ones) in India. Only after seeing the birds show we were satisfied. Kids enjoyed them.
