City Tour Guidelines:
- Dress Code: Please wear formal yet comfortable clothing suitable for sightseeing.

- Stay with the Guide: This is a group tour. Please remain with the guide at all times and do not wander away without permission.
- Be Punctual: Be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time to avoid missing the tour.
- Respect Local Customs: When visiting temples or sacred sites, dress modestly and behave respectfully.
- Zipline Activity: Maximum Weight per Participant: 120 kg
Group Pick-Up Policy:
- Please be in your hotel lobby at your scheduled pick-up time. This is a group tour and the vehicle cannot wait.
- If you are not present at pick-up time, the driver will take a photo of the lobby as proof of arrival and depart. Your booking will be treated as a no-show and the tour will be forfeited with no refund.
Tiger Park Children Policy:
- Children’s Access: Children aged 3–16 years are allowed to visit only the Smallest Tiger section.
- Ticket Charges: Tickets for the Smallest Tiger are not included in this program. Customers must pay directly to your agency at 1,000 THB per person if they wish to include this experience.
- Adult Accompaniment: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults accompanying children must upgrade their tickets to the Smallest Tiger. The price difference is 400 THB per adult.
- Safety Compliance:The sizes of tigers that children can visit must comply with Tiger Kingdom’s safety regulations at all times.
- Age 16 and Above: Guests aged 16 years and above may choose one size of tiger — Smallest, Small, Medium, or Big Tiger — as per the program booked.
