Phuket FantaSea is a world-class theme park and cultural show located in Kamala Beach, Phuket. We started communicating at 10 am and by 12 noon all the arrangements for our tour were made. It is really amazing how everything was arranged in such a short time. We were able to visit all the places included in the package nicely. I am very happy after this and I recommend it to everyone. In my opinion, this company provides the best service in Pattya.

I recently booked cabs and sightseeing for a trip to Phuket and Krabi through Pattaya City Tour Co Ltd and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tushar from the agency took care of every detail, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable vacation.
From the very first interaction, Tushar was highly professional and responsive. He listened to our preferences and tailored an itinerary that perfectly suited our interests and budget.
We enjoyed a fantastic visit to Phi Phi Islands through big boat and also enjoyed Fantasea cultural show suggested by Tushar.
All the transfers—between the airport, hotels, and tours—were punctual and comfortable. This made traveling between destinations stress-free and enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience with PCTC! The time punctuality was impressive, and their prices were very reasonable. I appreciated the flexibility in their cancellation policy and date-changing facilities, which made planning so much easier. They also refunded some attractions and pickup drops we canceled . Communication with Tushar Patel was smooth and professional—he ensured everything went perfectly. Overall, the service was TOP TIER. Highly recommended! No ????

Animal abuse. Have some compassion to elephants and do not visit such places. Also teach you kids to be kind to animals..

Average show but a nice park for children
The park is good but the show is average. It is like a Russian circus with trapeze artists and elephant stunts. You need not regret if you miss this in your Phuket Itinerary.

Not worth the money and time
It is not worth the money and time U have to put for it. Amateurish show with a sketchy story line and lot of animal gimmicks. Kids liked some part of it but I and my wife did not enjoy it at all. Definitely not for the people who have seen any Disney show or even Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram, India.

Good to experience
If you have extra time and want to dedicate one night of your trip to a special program, this show is perfect for you. We booked this program for 1,800 THB per person, which included transfer and a dinner buffet. This buffet was the best one I experienced in Phuket. The prices of the items for sale are very high, so it’s better not to shop here. Elephant rides and photos with tigers come with additional costs. Upon entering the show hall, you must hand over your phones as photography and videography during the show are prohibited.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ANIMAL ABUSE. TOURIST TRAP.
I came here with some extended family as they bought an extra ticket for me. I wanted to know what it was all about.
The general itinerary was - buffet dinner at 5.30pm, walk around souvenir stores and the arcade until 9pm when the actual show started.
First off, the buffet dinner was below average. Cold food was served in this massive dining hall. The dining hall itself looked tacky and cheap. I didn’t have high expectations for this as I understood they would’ve had to cater to hundreds of people who were attending the show. They also told us that once we enter the dining hall, we are not to leave the hall otherwise we would be unable to come re-enter.
We finished dinner at around 6.30pm and were forced to walk around in this large market area that was selling overpriced souvenirs and more food and snacks. There was also an arcade that you had to buy game cards for 500 baht. This was all we had to do until 9pm. Obviously a money making scheme and a tourist trap.
There were about 5-6 elephants that were used as more tourist traps. You pay 100 baht for elephant food and 1500 baht to ride an elephant. This was going on for at least 2-3 hours. I can’t even imagine how many people that poor elephant had to carry on its back for that amount of time.
On the way into the show, you had the option to pay about 500 baht for a photo with a BABY TIGER. a baby tiger who was being distracted by a small baby bottle of milk while hundreds of tourists walked by and touched it and took photos. I cannot imagine how many times that baby was grabbed, touched, and who knows what else.
They confiscated all our phones. So doesn’t that already make you a little suspicious about why they don’t want anyone filming?
The show itself was absolutely below average. I asked my relatives who told me that it was no different from how it was over a decade ago. So they obviously did not change or improve the storyline or format of the show one bit. They used elephants and other animals (chickens, goats, buffalo’s, horses, birds, tigers) in the show and I cannot imagine the abuse and torture these animals had to go through to get to the point that they started complying. The showmen were riding the elephants, swinging themselves up the elephants from its knees and holding on to its ears. The chickens ran across the stage with people chasing them, as well as the goats. Someone even picked one of them up by its 2 front legs, which I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it would’ve been for it. The tiger was part of the magic section of the show, which had no relevance to the main storyline of Phuket fantasea. It was walking around in this tiny cage. Absolutely disgusting. The elephants were forced to stand on 3 legs, perform unnatural poses throughout the show. It was very disheartening to see.
The storyline itself did not require any animals whatsoever. And even with animals doing tricks, it didn’t do the show any favours.
As a Thai person, I would like to let everyone know that this is NOT Thai culture. Elephants and other animals were not treated this way. The animals are definitely tortured behind the scenes of Phuket fantasea.
Phuket fantasea- firstly nobody wants to copy your disgusting show. And secondly, don’t worry I’m sure hundreds of people have secret footage of how you treat animals.
