🏊 Swimming Rules: Swimming or water activities are allowed only with crew permission and when sea conditions are safe.

🎒 Personal Belongings:Please secure personal items. The operator is not responsible for loss or damage.

🚬 Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas as instructed by the crew.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Policy: Children must be supervised by adults at all times onboard.

💰 09:00 – 18:00: THB 80 per person
🌙 19:00 – 23:00: THB 160 per person

• If private pickup & drop-off is NOT included in your package, you will need to arrange your own transport or request a private transfer at an additional cost.
• If private pickup & drop-off IS INCLUDED in your package, there is nothing to worry about. Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel and drop you back safely after the trip.

✅ All bookings must be made online through our official website only. We do not accept offline bookings, phone bookings, or cash payments to staff. After payment, you receive an instant booking voucher.

❓ Is the yacht private or shared?
✅ Yachts are 100% private. The yacht is reserved only for you and your group, with no sharing with other guests.

❓ Is hotel pickup & drop included in the package?
✅ It depends on your selected package:

• If included, our driver will pick you up and drop you back safely.
• If not included, you can arrange your own transport or request private transfer at extra cost.

❓ When should we leave the hotel on the tour day?
✅ We recommend leaving your hotel at least 1 hour before the yacht departure time to reach the marina on time.

❓ Can we bring our own food and drinks?
✅ Yes, guests may bring their own food and beverages free of charge. Outside alcohol is allowed, but excessive drinking is not permitted for safety.

❓ What happens if the weather is bad?
✅ For safety reasons, the itinerary may be changed, postponed, or canceled due to weather or sea conditions. Reschedule or refund will be provided as per policy.

❓ Who should not join this activity?
✅ This activity is not suitable for:

• Guests over 65 years
• Pregnant women
• Persons with medical or heart conditions

❓ What should we wear on the yacht?
✅ Wear comfortable clothes and non-slip footwear. High heels are not recommended. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats are advised.

❓ What if we arrive late at the marina?
✅ Late arrival may result in shorter cruising time. No refund or time extension will be provided.

❓ Are children allowed on the yacht?
✅ Yes, children are allowed but must be supervised by adults at all times. Life jackets are provided as per safety rules.

❓ Is swimming allowed during the trip?
✅ Swimming is allowed only with crew permission and when sea conditions are safe.

❓ Are taxes included in the price?
✅ Yes, all prices are net in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of 7% VAT. No hidden charges.

❓ Can I cancel or change my booking date?
✅ Tickets are non-refundable. Date changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the selected date and are subject to availability.

❓ How will I get the marina location?
✅ The exact marina address and Google Maps link are provided on your booking voucher after confirmation.

🛥️ This is a private yacht with a maximum capacity of up to 15 guests.
👶 You are welcome to bring your children onboard.
⚠️ Parents or guardians are fully and solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of their children at all times during the yacht trip.
🦺 The yacht crew will provide safety guidance, but overall responsibility for children remains only with the parents/guardians.

🚫 Non-Refundable Booking: All yacht bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

🕒 Date Change Request: A change of service date is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and is subject to availability.

📅 Valid for Selected Date Only: The booking is valid only for the date and time mentioned on the voucher.

🌦️ Weather & Safety Conditions: In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. In such cases, guests will be offered rescheduling or a refund as per operator policy.

🚗 Late Arrival / No Show: No refund or rescheduling will be provided in case of late arrival or no-show by the guest.

⚠️ Operational Changes: The operator may cancel or modify the trip due to unforeseen operational or safety reasons. In such cases, appropriate alternatives will be offered.

🚫 Non-Refundable Booking:  All yacht bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

⏳ Guest-Initiated Cancellation: No refund will be provided for cancellations, late arrival, no-show, or failure to use the service for personal reasons.

🌦️ Weather & Safety Conditions: If the trip is canceled by the operator due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will be offered one of the following options:

• 📅 Reschedule the trip to another available date, or
• 💰 Refund as per operator policy

🚫 Partial Usage: No refund will be given for unused time, early return, or partial use of the yacht.

📜 Policy Compliance: Refund decisions are made strictly according to company and operator policy. The company’s decision in such cases will be final and binding.
