Pick-up and Drop Terms
- Your package includes group pick-up and drop from Pattaya hotel. Please ensure you are ready at the hotel at the scheduled pick-up time.
- This service is under group transfer, so if you are not present at the pick-up time, the vehicle will proceed to the next location.
- No alternate vehicle or re-pickup will be possible, and no refund will be given in this case.
- We recommend that you reach the pick-up point at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your trip.
What if you leave your car at pick up time?
- Distance: It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to travel from Center Pattaya to Ocean Marina Yacht Club Pattaya, which is 17 kilometers away.

Single Use Only:
The ticket is valid for one-time use only on the date, time, and for the number of guests mentioned on your booking voucher. -
Change of Booking Date:
To reschedule your booking, you must inform us at least 2 working days before the service date. Changes are subject to availability and approval. -
Free Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. -
Force Majeure Clause:
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or operational issues, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the activity.-
