- Upon arrival at Krabi Airport, proceed directly to Immigration to obtain your visa.
- After completing immigration formalities, collect your checked baggage from the designated carousel.
- Once you have your luggage, head towards Exit Gate 15.
- Our guide will be waiting for you inside Exit Gate No. 15, holding a name card with your name on it.

After your airport pick-up, the driver will take you to the following 3 popular attractions:

Baggage Allowance by Vehicle Type
- Sedan Car: Maximum capacity – 2 large bags and 3 handbags
- Mini SUV Car: Maximum capacity – 4 large bags and 4 handbags
- Mini Van: Maximum capacity – 10 large bags and 10 handbags
⚠️ Important:
If you are carrying more baggage than the allowed limit for your selected vehicle, an additional charge of 500 THB per extra bag may apply. Charges will be determined based on the size and number of extra bags.
Cancellation Policy
- For pickups scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, an additional nighttime surcharge of 300 THB must be paid directly to the driver.
- The driver will wait at the airport for up to 3 hours from your flight’s arrival time, as mentioned in your voucher.
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Changes to the pickup date can also be made up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Terms & Conditions
- If your flight is cancelled or delayed, no additional charges will be levied.
- If your flight is cancelled, you can send new flight details to this WhatsApp number (+66 6 274 30 007) and receive a new booking voucher, which will be chargeless.
- If your flight is cancelled and you are not flying to Bangkok, you will not get any refund.
