🧭 Tour Guide & Return Instructions

• Your entry ticket will be provided by our tour guide at the pick-up point.
• Please follow all instructions given by the tour guide throughout the tour.
• Be punctual and return to the meeting point at the specified time.
• As this is a group tour, the vehicle will not wait for late guests.
• If you miss the return transfer, you will need to return to your hotel at your own expense by private car or taxi.

1. Tickets Are Non-Refundable, All confirmed bookings for Space & Time Cube+ Bangkok are strictly non-refundable, as per attraction policy.

2. No-Show Policy: If the guest

• arrives late,
• does not show up at the scheduled time, or
• cannot be contacted during pick-up (for SIC or private transfer bookings),

the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling may be possible only if requested in advance and is subject to:

• availability
• approval by the attraction management

Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.

4. Incorrect Information: If incorrect guest details (name, date, number of guests, etc.) are provided and entry is denied, the booking will be considered non-refundable.
