Term and Conditions

• Safety & Compliance: All participants must strictly follow the pilot’s instructions and safety guidelines at all times. The operator reserves the right to deny, stop, or cancel the flight if safety rules are not followed.
• Weather Dependency: Ultralight flying is weather dependent. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to wind, rain, visibility, or other unsafe conditions.
• Passport & Insurance Requirement: A passport copy (photo or physical copy) is mandatory for insurance and aviation coverage. Failure to provide the required document may result in cancellation without refund.
• Age & Weight Eligibility: Participants must be 12 years and above with a minimum weight of 30 kg and maximum weight of 95 kg. Incorrect age or weight information provided at booking can lead to denial of participation without refund.
• Health Declaration: Ultralight flying is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions (heart issues, epilepsy, severe back/neck problems, recent surgery). Guests must disclose any medical condition before booking.
• Postponement / Date Change: Each booking is eligible for one (1) date change only, which must be used within 90 days from the original booking date. Date changes are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight time may be eligible for reschedule or refund, subject to operator policy.
• No-Show & Late Arrival: Failure to arrive on time or to participate in the activity will be treated as a no-show. No refund or reschedule will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Refund Policy

1. Weather cancellation by operator: Eligible for refund or free reschedule as per policy.
2. No-show, late arrival, document issues, incorrect details: No refund.

• Personal Belongings & Media: Loose items, selfie sticks, or personal cameras may be restricted during flight. The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Operator Rights: The operator reserves the right to modify schedules, cancel flights, or refuse service due to safety, weather, technical, or operational reasons to ensure safe Ultralight flying in Thailand.
