Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled visit are non-refundable. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you do not attend on your booked visit date, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided. Entry denied due to an incorrect nationality on your booking voucher will also be treated as a no-show.

Once your cancellation is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to your bank account after deducting the 3.80% bank processing charge. The time taken for the funds to appear depends on bank processing.
