- Visa Disclaimer : Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
- To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
- While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
- Pattaya City Tour Co,. Ltd. officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source.
- After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. Thereafter, the guest would proceed towards Gate Numner 3 of the main exit through Exit A for domestic passengers or Exit B for international passengers; the Pattaya City Tour representative shall meet you at this exit
- Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 3 hours of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances as traffic, car breakdown, etc.
- It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency
- Most Islands in Thailand have a national park fee which is 400 THB per adult & 200 THB per child. This fee needs to be paid in cash on ground only
- There is an additional entrance fee of 20 THB on Phi Phi/James bond and other Islands which also needs to be paid on ground
- Please note that VISA cost is not included in the package as VISA is on arrival (free for entry till 11-Nov-2024 and chargeable at THB 2200 per person post that).
- Please note that if you wish to make any changes to this package, you can change the tour activity before 7 days from the date of travel. After 7 days you will not be able to make any changes. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities done on the website, which will be indicated in the confirmation email sent to you.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
- In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Pattaya City Tour shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
- The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Pattaya City Tour will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
- Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy
- Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
- Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
- The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Pattaya City Tour shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Pattaya City Tour may not have this information readily available all the time.
- For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy
- Pattaya City Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 45 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Pattaya City Tour & guest, no refund will be processed.
- These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.

- Date Change fees don't include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
- Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.

- 1 person can bring only 1 large bag and 1 hand bag.
- If there are more bags, you have to pay 500 Thai baht per bag separately.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 2 PM. If you want early check-in or late check-out please check in at the hotel counter, if the hotel room is available, pay the early check-in fee and take the room as it is subject to availability.
- All hotels require a security deposit to be paid at check-in. The deposit varies from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on the category of hotel
- If any item is broken or lost from the hotel room, the customer has to pay the hotel for the same.

- There is no hotel charge for children up to 11 years. But if you want to get a separate bed for your child, you have to pay additional hotel bed charges, which varies from hotel to hotel.
- The hotel is allowing only 2 children in one room, if there are more than 2 children you have to book another room separately.

- A infant between 0 to 3 years is free.
- If the infant is above 3 years then child charge will apply.
- The child will have to sleep with his parents and will not get any separate bed.
- Child charges are applicable from 0 to 11 years only.
- If child is above 11 years then adult booking is required.
- Child extra bed is not included in this package, he/she has to sleep in same bed with parents.
- This package includes children's tickets for attractions.

- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. After Cancellations only transaction charges will be deduct. After 7 days of travel date there have no policy for refund.

- Refunds will be processed within 30 to 45 business days from the date of cancellation.Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
- Changes to the tour date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days before the original scheduled date.
- Pattaya City Tour Co. Ltd. is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a refund.
- Refund requests will only be considered for cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.Tours that are canceled within the specified cancellation period and meet the criteria outlined in our Cancellation Policy are eligible for a refund.
- The refund amount will be in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the total amount paid.
- Refund requests outside of the specified cancellation period or for reasons not covered by our Cancellation Policy may be denied.No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of a tour.
