We started communicating at 10 am and by 12 noon all the arrangements for our tour were made. It is really amazing how everything was arranged in such a short time. We were able to visit all the places included in the package nicely. I am very happy after this and I recommend it to everyone. In my opinion, this company provides the best service in Pattya.

I recently booked cabs and sightseeing for a trip to Phuket and Krabi through Pattaya City Tour Co Ltd and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tushar from the agency took care of every detail, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable vacation. From the very first interaction, Tushar was highly professional and responsive. He listened to our preferences and tailored an itinerary that perfectly suited our interests and budget. We enjoyed a fantastic visit to Phi Phi Islands through big boat and also enjoyed Fantasea cultural show suggested by Tushar. All the transfers—between the airport, hotels, and tours—were punctual and comfortable. This made traveling between destinations stress-free and enjoyable. Throughout the trip, Tushar checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. Overall, he exceeded our expectations in organizing a memorable trip to Phuket and Krabi. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable travel experience. Highly recommendable. Rating: 5/5 to the company and 10/10 to tushar

I had an amazing experience with PCTC! The time punctuality was impressive, and their prices were very reasonable. I appreciated the flexibility in their cancellation policy and date-changing facilities, which made planning so much easier. They also refunded some attractions and pickup drops we canceled . Communication with Tushar Patel was smooth and professional—he ensured everything went perfectly. Overall, the service was TOP TIER. Highly recommended! No ????

Huge cultural park with too few visitors
This place needs more visitors. When we arrived, we felt a little lost since the place is huge and besides a school class, there seemed to be no other visitors. But we got special attention by the very nice staff, we took the train ride, and in particular the rabbit area is a lot of fun for younger children. It was a relaxed afternoon for us.

Sadly, nowhere near what is should be. The visit took about an hour.
We arrived and it looked great, big opening, large statues inside. Well that was it... We didn't want to wait for the free train so paid 350baht for a golf cart. This was probably the most interesting part of the day. The ponds were bone dry so no boat trips, the restaurant was empty, the shops selling local handcrafts were also unstaffed. There were no mini villages to look at. One shopping area full of shirts and souvenirs. We were so disappointed we didn't bother to go to the few rides. There was a whole street dedicated to Cannabis.. great for families... We traded our free vouchers for a coffee but were told the items on the coffee menu were not what they served. The cashier ignored me standing there and served 3 Thai guests who barged in... Eventually I got served with no service. Overall this should have been a great experience showcasing Thailand and the buildings... but to be honest we were in and out in about 1 hour. I would not pay to see this. The staff we met were friendly and there is potential, but it should never be open in this condition.

Only 50% operating, yet "grandiose"
This vast theme park elegantly presents "Thai" (cultural, architectures, folktales, beliefs, literatures, foods, arts, ways of life, etc). There was a promotion "free entrance" when we visited. However, about half of activities were cancelled and half of stores were closed due to the pandemic (or under construction). In spite of such fact, the place was still amazing. The entrance gate stands the enormous statues of 2 giants in Thai literature guarding the city wall and its splendid Thai style roof. Behind the gate, the first thing we experienced was cheerful mascots (green giant and muay thai guy) and trishaws around the town square. This zone is full of contemporary Thai architectures which settled many Thai restaurants (from every regions of Thailand, we also had delicious boat noodles as a lunch here) and shops. There's also a notable statue of the heaven lord on the 3 heads elephants which represented Thais' belief. Moreover, we enjoyed "black magic" (50 baht), a dim mirror (with some spells cast on it) maze that shows a ritual to perform black magic in Thai way (bit spooky). Then, we took a train (tram) tour around the place (70 baht). The first stop was a beautiful temple and a golden pagoda that allow us to worship ancient Buddha images. Next to the pagoda, located "temple funfair" (amusement park in Thai style). This zone cleverly used many mythical creatures in Himmapan forest as part of the rides (such as carousel, viking and ferris wheel). The highlight is "Baan Mae Nak" (Thai style haunted house, 300 bath, this activity is not recommend for kids and fearful person), an excellent live performance that "must" attend. I had to enter the site alone (my sister withdrew the task in the very begining). The place was (very) dark with suspicious wails and terrifying yells. I was followed (even got chased) by army of Thai ghosts of every kinds (damn scary). Our next stop was a local market zone which sell several products from every regions of Thailand. Furthermore, there are 4 regional Thai villages (central, northern, southern and north-eastern) and waterfront village which are plenty of Thai restaurants, old school cafe and studio, many shops and nice spots to take some photos. The last stop was "horse show" (50 baht) that demonstrated the horse riding. Finally, we bought some souvenirs from the shop at the exit. Every staffs were very nice and polite. One of them told us some strange information that every staffs here must attend "Baan Mae Nak" at least once ! Note that this was just 50% operating, can't imagine when it is fully operating ! Thanks for provided us a wonderful experience. Strongly recommend.

Not up to expectations
Expected an overall picture of Thailand, but received the very condensed version. Train travelled non stop except at large shopping complex. Commentary entirely in Thai, so little learning experience. Admission at 500 baht overpriced.
