Know Before You Go
- Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in and entry process.
- Entry is strictly based on your selected time slot, and the total visit duration is limited as per your ticket type.
- Off-Peak Tickets: Entry is allowed from Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM, excluding Thailand public holidays.
- Peak ticket holder has the flexibility to always gain admission from After 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (last admission 9:00 PM) from Mondays to Fridays, And from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM for Weekend and Thailand's Public Holidays.
- This ticket grants single entry only. Once used, re-entry to Jurassic World: The Experience is not permitted.
- Outside food, beverages, and pets are not allowed inside the attraction.
- The experience includes intense light and sound effects, which may not be suitable for visitors with sensory sensitivities.

Cancellation Policy
- All tickets for Jurassic World: The Experience Bangkok are non-refundable once booked.
- No cancellations, amendments, or rescheduling are permitted after booking confirmation.
- Guests who arrive late beyond their selected time slot or fail to show up will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or re-entry will be provided.
- Each ticket allows single entry only.
- Re-entry is not allowed once guests exit the attraction; no refund will apply.
- Tickets with incorrect date, time, or guest information cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances.
