🚗 Before your pick-up time, our company’s sales team will contact you and provide the car number assigned for your transfer.
You will be picked up from your Pattaya hotel lobby between:

⏱️ The journey from most Pattaya hotels to Bali Hai Pier takes approximately 20–25 minutes.

🚕 If you are not available at your hotel lobby during pick-up time, please take a taxi directly to Bali Hai Pier C before the departure time and present your booking voucher at the counter.

If you are not present in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time, the transfer vehicle will depart, and your booking will be considered a “No Show.”
