- Pick-up is available only from the Ao Nang area.
- Locations outside Ao Nang will be charged an additional 300 THB per person.
- Guests must be present in the hotel lobby between 08:00 AM and 08:30 AM.
- The tour vehicle will arrive at the hotel lobby and call the guest’s name.
- If you are not present at pickup time, the driver will leave and the booking will be marked as No-Show. No refund will be provided.
- Driver contact number and vehicle number are not shared in advance for group tours.
- Pick-up time may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
- Please carry and show your booking voucher at pickup.
