Tracking vs. Flicking
The tracking drills are intended for continuous following of targets; the flick drills are to snap onto the targets instantly.
This is how to avoid strain on the wrist: by applying the 20-20-20 rule after every 20 minutes of work- take a break of 20 seconds and look 20 feet away. Stretch the wrists and shoulders from time to time.
